Our Classes

  • Vinyasa (Heated)

    Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Yoga that combines conscious breath with fluid movement. Yoga postures are linked together in a sequence that flows together like a dance. Combined with our infrared heating system, Vinyasa will improve your circulation and cardiovascular health, increase your strength & flexibility, reduce stress & anxiety, and leave you feeling energized, yet peaceful. Vinyasa classes are 60-minutes and done to music.

  • Hot Hatha (Heated)

    From this 60 minute heated class you can expect breath work, an appropriate warm up, standing postures, balancing postures, floor work and final rest. Postures and preparatory movements are held for several breaths, giving you plenty of time to arrive, breathe and explore. Prop usage and modifications are encouraged, just as much as taking on challenges. Hot Hatha utilizes our state-of-the-art infrared heating system to improve circulation, increase flexibility, aid in healthy joint function, to promote cellular regeneration, boost the immune system and to support detox and a healthy sweat response. 

  • Pilates (Heated)

    Hot Pilates is a low impact, high intensity, interval workout combined with Pilates principles. It is designed to elevate your heart rate, burn fat, and build long lean muscle mass. The structure of Pilates makes it perfect for beginners to join in, even though it is always a challenging workout. You can expect fun and upbeat music, a full body workout, and to leave feeling AMAZING! This heated 60-minute class is appropriate for all levels.

  • Pure Build (Non-Heated)

    Pure Build is a non-heated class that utilizes circuit training to build strength and conditioning. Circuit training, meaning you will move from station to station doing various exercises at set intervals, makes this class not only effective, but fun! There are short breaks between each station and a longer break between each round. As always, we encourage everyone to go at their own pace. Extra rest, modifications, even increasing the challenge is always welcome.

  • Vinyasa Ease (Non-Heated)

    Vinyasa Ease is a non-heated Vinyasa style Yoga class that is appropriate for all ages and levels. This is an excellent class for kids, and practitioners who would like Yoga without heat. This class will help you improve your mobility, decrease pain and inflammation, and help you build confidence in your Yoga postures and movements. Expect breathwork, gentle movement and a whole lot of feel-good!

  • Yin (Non-Heated)

    Yin Yoga is a non-heated practice that targets connective tissue, joints, organs, and even bones. Through gentle postures and long holds, Yin will improve your range of motion, rejuvenate and hydrate cells, fortify ligaments, increase detoxification, reduce inflammation and degeneration of cartilage and bone. Yin also helps to turn off your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) and activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). Yin is a 75-minute class done to quiet music.

How to prepare

  • Come hydrated!

  • Please do not eat two hours before class for your comfort.

  • Wear comfortable clothing with your class type in mind.

  • Bring a mat, towel and water.

  • We have water for sale and mats and towels for purchase and use.

  • There is a bathroom at the studio but there is NO shower.

  • There are changing rooms for your convenience.

  • We have electrolytes, hydration and energy drinks for sale and kombucha on tap.

  • There is plenty of seating in the lobby for you to convene before and after class.
