Hot Hatha (Heated)
Hot Hatha in a 60-minute heated Yoga class designed to create balance between effort, and ease. Postures and preparatory movements are held for several breaths, giving you plenty of time to arrive, breathe and explore. Between poses or sequences, rest is given to allow students to absorb and release. This teaches us how to stay clam through discomfort and intensity, and to systematically release both physical and mental tension. Prop usage and modifications are encouraged, just as much as taking on challenges. Hot Hatha utilizes our state-of-the-art infrared heating system to improve circulation, increase flexibility, aid in healthy joint function, to promote cellular regeneration, boost the immune system and to support detox and a healthy sweat response. The purpose of Hot Hatha is to find meditation through stillness, to build confidence, learn proper alignment and tools to navigate life with more mindfulness.

Vinyasa (Heated)
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Yoga that combines conscious breath with fluid movement. Yoga postures are linked together in a sequence that flows together like a dance. Combined with our infrared heating system, Vinyasa will improve your circulation and cardiovascular health, increase your strength & flexibility, reduce stress & anxiety, and leave you feeling energized, yet peaceful. Vinyasa classes are 60-minutes and done to music. All levels are welcome, though many students find Vinyasa more enjoyable by first building confidence through Vinyasa Ease and Hot Hatha. The purpose of Vinyasa is to find meditation through intentional movement, to step fully into our power and to create physical and mental freedom and fluidity.

Core & Cardio (Heated)
Core & Cardio, formerly called Pilates, is a fitness class designed to build a functional core and improve cardiovascular health through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). You can expect a fun, energetic environment, a low impact workout designed to elevate your heart rate, burn fat, and build long lean muscle mass, and of course, a healthy detox. The Purpose of Core and Cardio is to help you learn proper breathing, improve posture, to build a functional core and to improve metabolic output for optimal health and wellness.

Pure Build (Non-Heated)
Pure Build is a non-heated fitness class designed to build functional strength, mobility and stability through circuit training. Circuit training, meaning you will move from station to station doing various exercises at set intervals, makes this class not only effective, but fun and community centered! Pure Build will make you feel like you have a personal trainer; our expert staff will help you master good form and technique, so you can progress safely as you build confidence and strength. The purpose of Pure Build is to help you move through your daily life and other fitness pursuits stronger and with more confidence!

Vinyasa Ease (Non-Heated)
Vinyasa Ease is a non-heated Vinyasa style Yoga class that is appropriate for all ages and levels. This is an excellent class for kids, practitioners who would like Yoga without heat, and those looking to build confidence in postures and movement. This class will help you improve your mobility, decrease pain and inflammation, and build confidence. Expect breathwork, gentle movement and a whole lot of feel-good! The purpose of Vinyasa Ease is to create an environment where everyone is able to practice Yoga regardless of experience, skill, physical conditioning, age or potential limitations.

Yin (Non-Heated)
Yin Yoga is a 75-minute non-heated Yoga class that targets connective tissue, joints, organs, and even bones. Through gentle postures and long holds, Yin will improve your range of motion, rejuvenate and hydrate cells, fortify ligaments, increase detoxification, reduce inflammation and degeneration of cartilage and bone. Yin also helps to turn off your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) and activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). The purpose of Yin Yoga is to come to stillness so that we can calm our minds and find balance, mentally and physically.

How to prepare
Come hydrated!
Please do not eat two hours before class for your comfort.
Wear comfortable clothing with your class type in mind.
Bring a mat, towel and water.
We have water for sale and mats and towels for purchase and use.
There is a bathroom at the studio but there is NO shower.
There are changing rooms for your convenience.
We have electrolytes, hydration and energy drinks for sale and kombucha on tap.
There is plenty of seating in the lobby for you to convene before and after class.
